Journal of English Language Teaching and Education (JELTE) is managed by an academic Editorial Board consisting of scholars and professionals with relevant expertise in English language teaching, education, linguistics, literature, language assessment, and related fields.

The Editorial Board is responsible for maintaining the academic quality, integrity, and development of the journal. Members contribute to the editorial evaluation of manuscripts, reviewer selection, publication decisions, and the implementation of the journal's publication ethics and policies.

The composition of the Editorial Board includes the following roles:

  • Editor-in-Chief – Provides overall academic and editorial leadership and is responsible for the final publication decision.
  • Managing Editor – Coordinates the editorial workflow, manuscript processing, communication, and publication schedule.
  • Section Editors – Manage manuscripts within specific areas of the journal's scope.
  • Editorial Board Members – Provide academic expertise, support editorial decisions, and contribute to the development of the journal.
  • Editorial Assistants – Support administrative and technical aspects of manuscript processing and publication.

All Editorial Board members are expected to maintain editorial independence, confidentiality, fairness, transparency, and academic integrity. Editors must disclose and appropriately manage any conflicts of interest and must not participate in editorial decisions concerning manuscripts in which they have a personal, professional, or academic conflict.

The journal should provide the full name, institutional affiliation, country, editorial position, and area of expertise of each Editorial Board member on the official JELTE website.
